APRICOT® IPR registered by AURORA

The APRICOT consortium is proud share that several IPR registrations have been filed by partner AURORA:

• Following the granted trademark registration of APRICOT® in the UK and Europe, an additional trademark application has now been filed in the US.
• A further 143 copyright drawings and documents associated with it were registered. APRICOT thus now has a total of 198 registered drawings and documents.
• To compliment and back up the copyright documents registered, an additional UK registered design application was filed.
• A PCT on the APRICOT® implant was filed in November 2020 and published in June 2021 WO2021111107A1. The application is currently in the international phase. The PCT national phase entry deadline is June 2022.
