TUM’s biopolymers & bio-interfaces lab moved from the “Munich School of Bioengineering” (MSB) to the “Center for Protein Assemblies” (CPA)

In April 2021, the Technical University of Munich (TUM) moved their biopolymers & bio-interfaces lab, partner in APRICOT, to a brand-new research institute, the Center for Protein Assemblies, housed in a 40 Mio. EUR state-of-the-art building in Munich Garching. This unique facility brings together the competences of the TUM in protein chemistry, structure elucidation, chemical biology, single molecule biophysics, cellular biophysics, DNA nanotechnology, molecular dynamics simulation and bioengineering in order to fully exploit the methodological and technological potential.
